A brief overview of some our successes

1998
• Tim & Neale form the company.
• We win 3 chalets at Farnborough Air show.
• Our first production kitchen opens at 37 St James in Chichester.

1999
• We win our first on site contract at Kent County Cricket Club.
• We move international by working with our clients at Paris Air show.
• Caterer & Hotelkeeper run a double page article on our success to date.

2000
• While retaining all our chalet clients we also secure a contract with a large US company for Farnborough Air show.
• We retain all event clients and break the barrier with 10,000 covers in one month.
• We are nominated for the Booker Prize of Excellence and gain more venues.

2001
• We are delighted to win the Booker Prize!
• We win contract with Rolls Royce, Goodwood for their new factory to be built in 2002.
• Win contract with The Farnham Maltings, Surrey.
• The end of the year sees another contract win at Dover Castle for English Heritage.

2002
• We win events contract with National Grid which takes us all over the UK.
• We take over at the prestigious Goodwood Golf Club.
• We are awarded a contract to provide 12,500 Christmas party covers.

2003
• We create the two divisions of Morton’s in Partnership (MiP) and Morton’s on Location (MoL).
• Morton's Fork is now developing into a multi facetted company with head office controlling the two divisions.
• MoL has a huge year with events like Hickstead, National Grid, and Paris Air show.

2004
• MoL has the most successful Farnborough ever, as we add the President's Chalet, the most prestigious chalet at the show, to our client list.
• We win a contract with the BBC as nominated caterer for their Location and Event Catering.
• We start with Penman Antiques Fairs providing Corporate and Public catering for all their shows across the country.

2005
• Work starts in earnest on our new division Morton’s to the Fore with our first two consultancy contracts.
• The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea nominate us as caterer for their venues in London.

2006
• Fantastic news of an additional term at Dover Castle.
• We are delighted with a further extension on our contract with Rolls Royce.
• Farnborough proves to be a fantastic year as we double our chalets.

THIS YEAR- 2007
• We start the year with three new venues and secure a contract to provide the Conference & Banqueting for English Heritage venues in Kent - Dover, Deal and Walmer Castles.
• National Grid extend their contract once again.
• BBC extend their contract with us as Location and Event Caterer.
• Our commitment to quality is firmly established with our accreditation for ISO9001:2000!
